8. Delivery

  • Delivery Area : We deliver our products worldwide except for the following countries: North Korea, Iran, Syria, Afghanistan, Venezuela, Yemen, Solomon Islands, Tuvalu and Nauru, Belarus, Myanmar, Cuba, Iraq, Iran, Russia, Syria, Ukraine, as well as the entire African continent. Also excluded are any countries subject to embargo and any country for which a delivery of products by "ilétaitunemontre" would expose it to a sanction, prohibition or restriction resulting from a resolution of the United Nations, and/or to economic or trade sanctions provided for by the laws or regulations enacted by the European Union, Belgium, the United States of America or by any other applicable national law providing for such measures.
  • Delivery Times : Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the chosen delivery method. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs..
  • Customs Fees : The customs duties and other local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

9. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the current legislation, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal from the receipt of the product. The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The return costs are your responsibility.

10. Specific Warranty for Vintage Watches and Liability

    We are proud to offer you a limited warranty on our vintage watches, ensuring you peace of mind with your purchase. Please read the details of our warranty carefully below.:

    A. Watches under €500

    For vintage watches with a purchase price of less than €500, we offer a limited warranty of 6 months from the date the watch is received by the customer.

    B. Watches from €500

    For vintage watches with a purchase price of €500 or more, we offer a limited one-year warranty (12 months) from the date the watch is received by the customer.

    C. Warranty Coverage

    Our warranty covers material and workmanship defects under normal usage conditions. If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during the applicable warranty period, we commit to repairing or replacing the defective watch at no additional cost to the customer.

    D. Exclusions of the Warranty

    The warranty does not cover:

    • L'usure normale (y compris les rayures, les bosses, et les changements d'apparence du bracelet et du boîtier).
    • Les dommages causés par une utilisation inappropriée, un accident, une négligence ou une manipulation incorrecte.
    • Les dommages résultant de réparations effectuées par des tiers non autorisés.
    • Les dommages causés par l'eau, sauf indication contraire dans la description du produit.
    • Les problèmes résultant de la modification ou de l'altération de la montre.

    • E. Limitation of the Warranty

    This warranty is exclusive and replaces any other warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products as stated above.

    F. Place of Application

    This warranty applies to vintage watches purchased on our site and delivered worldwide, subject to the conditions stated above.
