Omega Constellation Electroquartz Beta21 - 1972

A Cult Watch! 

This Omega Constellation reference 196.0014 is an icon of Swiss watches. 

It is indeed powered by the very first Swiss quartz movement, the Beta21! 

Rare and very expensive, the movement was produced in only about 10,000 examples between 1970 and 1977. This particular example dates from 1972.. 

At the time, this watch was sold for 10 times the price of the Speedmaster! Today, acquiring this watch allows you to wear an icon of watchmaking on your wrist, and it has a very modern size and look.. 

The watch is in very good condition, works perfectly and very accurately, and is fitted with its original Omega leather strap with deployant clasp number 27, allowing for a very fine adjustment suitable for any wrist. 

Completely original with its signed crown and the famous engraved Constellation background. 

The movement was serviced in June 2025 by a workshop specialising in quartz watches, the service papers with warranty are provided with the watch!
