Longines Automatic - Ref. 7009 1 - Cal. 290 — 59/60

Original salmon/copper dial, unretouched.
This dial is the absolute highlight of this watch. The factory salmon-copper hue features a pronounced sunburst that plays with the light depending on the angle, shifting from powder pink to deep copper. In macro, a fine grainy texture can also be seen beneath the sunburst, typical of Longines finishes from this era.
Original salmon dials from the 50s and 60s have become extremely sought after. This one is in remarkable condition.
Longines logo with applied winged hourglass, inscription "automatic" in period cursive typography.
Applied stick indices and original dauphine hands.
