Omega Seamaster De Ville automatic - ref 165.020 - cal 552 - 1963


Born in 1963 as a dressier variant of the Seamaster, the Seamaster De Ville combines the robustness of a sports watch with the elegance of a city watch, before the De Ville line became independent in 1967.

Monobloc case (unishell) gold-plated, front-loading, with a broken winding stem: the original solution specific to cases without a removable back, with the movement positioned on the dial side. Case back engraved with the famous Seamaster seahorse.

Silver-white dial, sunburst satin finish.
Applied stick indices and applied Omega logo, in gold.
Gold stick hands, central seconds hand.
Crown signed Omega.
Domed plexiglass, Omega logo engraved in the centre.
Dial, crown, glass, buckle and case back are signed Omega and original.

Condition :
Dial in excellent condition, gold plating in very good condition, original plexiglass in very good condition.

Diameter: 34.5 mm without crown, 37 mm with crown, Lug to lug: 40 mm, Between lugs: 18 mm.

Omega calibre 552, automatic with central rotor, 24 jewels, monometallic balance, 19,800 vibrations/hour, Incabloc shock protection. From the famous 55x/56x family, known for its reliability, robustness and accuracy.
Serviced in July 2026: complete disassembly and cleaning, detailed lubrication, regulation. The watch functions perfectly.
