Superb example of a legendary model from the 1950s: the IWC, famous Swiss luxury brand from Schaffhausen, equipped with the IWC Calibre 89 movement!

Here in a 35mm version and fully stainless steel: what more could you ask for in an exceptional classic watch .

The Calibre 89, designed by Albert Pellaton in 1944 for IWC, is an iconic post-war movement, recognised for its reliability, precision, and aesthetics. A successor to the Calibre 83, it has been used in both military watches such as the Mark XI and in civilian models with a simple design..

The movement was serviced in April 2025 at the workshops of il était une montre, works perfectly and is of remarkable precision.

The watch is in excellent condition.
