Very nice Eterna watch with a beautiful diameter, dated 1944 by its serial number (3073116). Civilian version in military style, equipped with the same manufacture calibre as the famous Dirty Dozen of the Second World War.
Full steel case, spider lugs.
Screw-down case back signed Eterna Watch Co. Markings: Waterproof, Anti-Magnetic, Shock Absorber. Original dial signed Eterna with Arabic numerals and small seconds at 6 o'clock.
Beautiful natural patina.
Mention 'Swiss' at the bottom of the dial.
Eterna manufacture movement calibre 520H. Manual winding. 15 jewels. 18,000 vibrations/hour. Power reserve of approximately 42 hours.
